Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling warranty claims and related technical issues.
- Receive, record and verify warranty claims and supporting documents.
- Inspect and assess returned products to identify defects or failures.
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of warranty issues.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production and Engineering teams for technical investigation.
- Prepare warranty reports and maintain accurate claim records.
- Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Analyze warranty data to identify recurring defects and quality issues.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure warranty procedures comply with company policies and quality standards
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
