• Assist in handling warranty claims and related technical issues.
• Receive, record and verify warranty claims and supporting documents.
• Inspect and assess returned products to identify defects or failures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of warranty issues.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production and Engineering teams for technical investigation.
• Prepare warranty reports and maintain accurate claim records.
• Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Analyze warranty data to identify recurring defects and quality issues.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure warranty procedures comply with company policies and quality standards

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
