Responsibilities:

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff during shifts
• Ensure food is prepared to standard and on time
• Help with menu preparation and food costing
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
• Take charge of the kitchen in Head Chef’s absence

Requirements:

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Strong cooking and organizational skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
