1–2 years of working experience in the same or a related field.

Possession of a valid Class D driving licence is an advantage.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Flexible and willing to work at different project sites and shifts.

Site Supervision – Supervise and monitor daily work activities at the construction site.

Workforce Management – Organise and assign tasks to workers based on operational requirements. Manage and maintain records of workers' attendance, discipline, and performance at the site.

Quality Control – Ensure all construction works meet the required project standards and specifications.

Occupational Safety and Health – Ensure workers comply with workplace safety and health regulations at the construction site.

Materials, Machinery, and Equipment – Ensure all necessary materials are available at the site to support daily work activities.

Site Coordination – Communicate and collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), Site Safety Supervisor (SSS), subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.

Reporting and Documentation – Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports (Daily Site Reports).
