Job Descriptions:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget
• Recommend suitable car models and variants
• Conduct product presentations and explain features, specifications, and benefits
• Arrange and conduct test drives

2. Lead Generations & Prospecting

• Source for new customers through walk-ins, referrals, roadshows, and events
• Follow up on leads from online platforms, social media etc.

3. Sales Closing

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade-in deals
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

4. Marketing & Promotion Support

• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Promote vehicles via social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok)
• Assist in creating simple marketing content (reels, ads, etc.)

5. Vehicle Delivery Process

• Coordinate vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance
• Arrange delivery appointments with customers
• Conduct vehicle handover and explain basic operation and features

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, or related field.

Prior experience (2 years & Above) in automotive sales or related sales role.

• Possess a valid driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good negotiation and closing skills
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
