Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in hire purchase, auto loans, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Established network and strong relationships with used car dealers and automotive partners.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and implementing effective business strategies.

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee the sales of hire purchase financing products through used car dealers, agents, and strategic partners.

• Expand and strengthen dealer and partner networks to achieve sustainable business growth.

• Formulate and execute business development strategies to increase market share, profitability, and brand visibility.

• Plan, lead, and monitor marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.

• Track industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely recommendations to management.

• Conduct market research and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.

• Ensure efficient loan application processes and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, enhance performance, and build long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
