Malaysian candidates only
SPM or above
Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience
Fluent in M@ndar1n
English proficiency at B2 level
Basic computer skills
Comfortable handling customer enquiries via phone
Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift
Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries related to hotel & flight bookings
-Assist with hotel reservation enquiries
-Assist with flight-related enquiries
-Provide accurate solutions and professional customer service
-Follow up on customer cases and maintain proper records
-Achieve assigned KPI / service targets
