• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift

• Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills

-Handle customer enquiries related to hotel & flight bookings
-Assist with hotel reservation enquiries
-Assist with flight-related enquiries
-Provide accurate solutions and professional customer service
-Follow up on customer cases and maintain proper records
-Achieve assigned KPI / service targets
