Responsibilities
Course Coordinator - European MNC
Yearly renewable contract with benefits and bonus
To start work in Jan 2027
Salary: $3300 max
5 days work week
8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) / work from home 2 days per week (1pm to 10pm)
Location: Science Park
Job Scope:
Facilitate online and physical training course to ensure smooth running of programme
Perform marketing and administrative tasks
Preparation of logistics for the training programme.
Maintenance of records in internal systems
Creation of invoices
Direct point of contact with clients
CSOM (part-time programme) - work from home that starts 1pm to 10pm at 2 days per week (2 runs/year, 3hrs x 24 sessions per run, 7pm to 10pm)
Handling enquiries
In-house trainings follow-up, Online Hosting, Learning Management System (LMS) & issuance of certificates
Follow-up outstanding payments for the responsible programmes
Issue invoice to responsible programmes
