Reporting to Sales & Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to oversee the overall daily operation of the Company’s branches assigned to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store’s management and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform excellent customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills.
• Manage people, store operations, and environment as per Standard Store Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
• Ensure store windows and in-store visual merchandising is in line with brand’s guidelines and the store is maintained in proper housekeeping.
• Monitor the retail store inventory level, and liaise with the warehouse team when needed.
• Update the Management on various reports as per requested
• Identify and develop marketing strategies to keep the profits high and keep selling merchandise regularly.
• Ensure 100% implementation of promotional and marketing event organized by brand marketing team.
• Guide the subordinate to attend to customer complaints and ensure they are tactfully handled.
• Responsible for the sales staff job’s performance by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for staff performance improvement.
• Work with the management and HR regarding manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training program, staff evaluation and all personnel actions
• Ensure that all HR issues are carried out consistently with the company’s HR policies and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
