Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee development files.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and employees.
• Support the Learning & Development Manager in identifying training needs and development gaps.
• Ensure training rooms and materials are properly prepared and organized.
• Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory training programs (safety, service, brand standards).
• Promote a positive learning culture aligned with Accor standards.
• Ensure all training activities reflect hospitality expectations and brand values.
• Assist in updating training content to reflect operational changes and service enhancements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of training delivery, onboarding, and service standards.
• Familiarity with hospitality SOPs and guest service standards preferred.
