OMS Oilfield Services Hiring! Full Time Gaugeroom / Calibration Technician in WP Labuan, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Diploma in mechanical engineering

• 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing / oil & gas industry

• Perform routine calibration and verification of various measuring instruments and equipment according to established procedures and schedules.

• Setup inspection equipment/instrument/gauges for production as per planned schedule

• Manage daily issuing and returning of inspection equipment/instrument/gauges for

production as per planned schedule and maintaining record for the sign In & Out

• Maintain gauges master list ensuring all inspection equipment/instrument/machine are

calibrated on a timely basis according to planned schedule

• Perform calibration of inspection equipment/instrument/machine that are due for

calibration for other OMS locations upon request according to specification and records

maintained (Internal Calibration)

• Perform Drift calibration and maintenance as well as maintain records

• Maintain accurate and updated internal and external calibration records

• Review and endorse all calibration reports that meet specifications

• Perform inspection for Third party witnessing (Customer Rep, Auditors, Licensor Rep) as

per QA plan

• Raise purchase request for calibration and new equipment

• Manage, arrange and follow up with all rental Gauge calibration (Licensor Gauge)

• Manage incoming and outgoing for rental gauge during receiving and returning (Licensor

Gauge)

• Manage, arrange and follow up shipment for gauge return to licensor

• Perform calibration and maintenance for all overlay

• Manage and control inventory of all inspection equipment/instrument/gauges including

long term rental gauges

• Maintain 5S in Gauge Room

• Comply with latest Gauging procedure and specification for all Licensors

• Advise stop work if operations/work environment are deem unsafe and/or incorrect

• Report, document and communicate any non conformities to appropriate parties

• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental

regulations

• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
