Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.

Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management software.

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, including progress payments and variation orders (V.O.), ensuring all supporting documents are accurately tracked, verified, and compiled in a timely manner.

Evaluate and verify subcontractor claims, including preparation of payment certificates.

Prepare final measurements and update measurements to reflect variations as required.

Prepare progress reports, material schedules, and project budgets.

Monitor and verify material requisitions in line with current work progress.

Review quotations submitted by subcontractors.

Attend regular project progress meetings.

Assist the Contracts Manager in tender preparation processes.

Prepare and finalize project accounts, including Final Accounts.

Specific responsibilities as outlined in the company’s ISO 9001 : 2015 procedures.

Others work as requested by the immediate superior.
