Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Oversee and manage all construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
