Education: Minimum SPM, Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field.

Work Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of operational or supervisory experience infresh produce, retail, supermarket, or FMCG environments.

Core Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team supervisory skills to oversee daily store activities and manage personnel.

• Solid understanding of fresh produce handling, quality control, food safety, hygiene, and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.

• Good knowledge of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and shrinkage/loss control.

• Customer-service oriented with effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and reporting skills to liaise with Head of Departments (HODs) and the Store Manager.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed in line with MBG Fresh Market policies.

Coordinate with other HODs to maintain store standards, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Supervise team members across relevant departments, ensuring all tasks are performed effectively.

Assign daily duties, monitor productivity, and support staff in delivering high-quality service.

Address team concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service at all times.

Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Maintain visually appealing product displays and adhere to category merchandising guidelines.

Ensure pricing and signage accuracy across all products.

Monitor product freshness and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Conduct routine shift reports and communicate operational updates to the Store Manager.

Monitor and control shrinkage, wastage, and operational discrepancies.
