• Strong interest in social media and content creation
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Basic filming and short-form video editing skills
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva or other editing and design tools
• Good copywriting skills
• Good visual sense for layout, colours, fonts and overall presentation
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn about aesthetic treatments, skincare and advertising requirements
• Comfortable communicating with doctors, colleagues and patients
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally or assisting with team videos

• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, clinic activities, doctor sharing and treatment introductions
• Create simple social media visuals and educational posts
• Good in drafting copywriting, headlines and promotional copy
• Keep up with current trends and propose creative content ideas
• Assist doctors and team members during filming, including preparing scripts, props and filming setups
• Organise and manage photos, videos and other brand assets
• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, follower growth and enquiries
• Coordinate with the internal team and external marketing agencies to ensure timely content delivery
• Ensure all content follows ACTS Clinic’s brand identity and relevant medical advertising
