Paid Training & Onboarding

We set you up for success with a comprehensive 7-week training programme:

• Theory: 3 weeks

• Practical: 4 weeks

• Assessments: Candidates must successfully complete a language and role assessment.

• Vetting: Candidates must successfully clear a standard background check prior to starting the training programme.

• Device: Candidates to use their own device.

• Provide real-time Mandarin and English interpretation for medical conversations.

• Handle communication strictly via audio and video calls.

• First 3 Months: Audio calls only.

• After 3 Months: Transition to both audio and video calls.

• No email or chat support required.

• Retirees and candidates aged 60 and above are welcome to apply, provided you meet the language fluency and job criteria.
