Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Management or equivalent.

Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft & Google Work application.

Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, fast leaner, self-motivated & aggressive.

High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.

Manage HR Operations & Payroll – Handle attendance, leave administration, payroll preparation, staff claims verification, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Support Recruitment & Employer Branding – Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and manage Shapee's LinkedIn page to strengthen employer branding.

Oversee Employee Lifecycle – Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR documentation, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Administer Office Operations – Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, and coordinate business travel arrangements.

Organize Company Activities – Support the planning and execution of company events, staff engagement activities, and internal communications.

Provide Administrative Support – Work closely with the COO to support daily HR and administrative functions while undertaking ad-hoc assignments to ensure smooth business operations.
