Position : Senior Draughtsperson
Industry : Architecture (Housing & Apartment)
Salary : Starting from RM5K (Negotiable)
Location : Kuching, Sarawak
Working Hours & Days :
1. Monday - Friday
2. 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma in Architecture or a relevant field, and 5 years of experience in senior draughting or architectural roles (Prefer local Sarawakian).

2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCADandSketchUp ; integration of Generative AI tools into modern workflows is highly essential.

3. Prior experience with eSPA systems is preferred.

4. Adapt quickly, stay resilient, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

5. Build strong relationships with consultants, authorities, and contractors using your fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

6. Oversee site operations confidently and manage outstation project tasks independently.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Draft detailed technical layouts and prepare complete submission packages for local building authorities in Kuching.

2. Ensure all architectural drawings meet high-quality standards and strictly follow current building codes and industry rules.

3. Act as the main technical contact to coordinate daily work between our internal team, external consultants, and contractors.

4. Drive the use of Generative AI tools and manage prompt libraries to help the drafting department work faster and smarter.

5. Manage a variety of building projects, ranging from high-rise apartments in Kuching to residential housing in Sibu and Miri.
