Requirements
Possess at least Diploma in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skills: MS Excel Intermediate, credit in mathematics.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluency in Mandarin is added advantage)
Strong and determine person, result oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Pivot, Power BI or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Conduct stock counts and cycle countsat retail stores
Reconcile system stock vs physical stockand analyze variances
Review stock movements(receiving, transfers, damages, adjustments)
Identify shrinkage risks and control gaps
Prepare audit findings and stock variance reports
Follow up on corrective actions with store teams
