Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Familiar with Pivot Table and basic formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP / SUMIF)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Responsible, organised, and willing to learn

Fluency in English, Malay (Mandarin - added advantage)

Assist in compiling and organising data from different sources

Update and maintain records in Microsoft Excel

Generate reports using Pivot Tables

Perform data checking, cleaning, and verification

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Monitor shop performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance analysis.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits.

Assist in the development and implementation of investment control strategies.
