Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Scheduling
Coordinate appointments between clients, healthcare practitioners, and case managers, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling when required.
Conduct initial client intake and assessment to understand needs, expectations, and objectives.
Support onboarding of new clients by providing clear guidance and ensuring a smooth transition into services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and booking information in the system.
Client Retention & Growth
Follow up with clients after initial appointments to gather feedback and assess ongoing needs.
In alignment with practitioner recommendations, identify suitable additional services or treatment plans to support client outcomes.
Respond to enquiries from prospective clients and provide accurate information about available services.
Proactively engage potential clients referred by case managers or healthcare partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and referral opportunities.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with practitioners, case managers, and internal teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Manage and coordinate bulk scheduling requests and service arrangements efficiently.
Communicate proactively regarding any schedule changes, delays, or service-related issues affecting clients.
Administration & Funding Support
Liaise with case managers to verify client funding and eligibility for services.
Handle documentation, invoices, and related administrative processes accurately and in a timely manner.
