Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of computer and WhatsApp Web operations

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision

Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented

Prior experience in customer service or front desk role is an advantage

Handle and respond to customer inquiries via PC WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers in checking the status of their printing jobs

Issue invoice and request payment.

Create and open new job orders in the system upon customer request

Coordinate with internal departments (design/production) to ensure job progress

Maintain accurate records of customer orders and update job tracking
