We’re Hiring – Clinic Assistant (Full-Time) at Seapark PJ (Sila hantar resume anda ke nombor telefon klinik (rujuk profil Google klinik kami).
Looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to smile even when under pressure. Majority of our patients are elderly – so patience, empathy, and a kind voice go a long way.

Responsible & Honest Past experience as clinic assistant preferred
Nursing / Medical Assistant / Paramedic diploma ( If no past experience )
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Interaction
Greet and welcome all patients warmly – especially important as many are elderly or unwell.
Register patients using our clinic system (Plato) and assist them with any basic inquiries.
Liaise with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and medication refills.
Maintain polite, professional, and compassionate communication at all times, including through WhatsApp.
Medication Handling
Prepare prescriptions and dispense medications as directed by the doctor.
Provide clear instructions to patients on proper medication usage (oral, topical, nasal, etc.).
Monitor and report medication stock levels; update inventory weekly and monthly as required.
Clinical Support
Assist doctor during minor procedures (e.g., injections, dressing changes).
Prepare basic instruments and maintain hygiene protocols.
Manage patient flow in the consultation area – ensure smooth coordination between front desk and doctor.
Billing & Payment
Handle daily billing using the clinic’s system.
Ensure all payments (cash, QR, card, panel claims) are recorded accurately.
End-of-day tallying: Match system transactions with physical takings, and prepare for account closing.
Admin & Communication
Handle clinic emails and WhatsApp messages professionally.
Upload lab results into patient records; call patients for result collection or review.
Coordinate with panel providers and suppliers when needed.
Assist in document handling – invoices, receipts, stock logs, panel claims, etc.
Routine Housekeeping & Cleanliness
Sanitize surfaces and equipment as per hygiene SOP, especially during flu season or outbreaks.
Regular cleaner available, but simple trash disposal and basic cleanliness maintenance are required
Rotational Tasks (based on SOP)
Weekly: Inventory check (disposables, medications), WhatsApp reminders, appointment confirmation
Monthly: Stock-taking, submission of panel invoices, injection expiry monitoring
Occasional: Home visit kit checks, managing study health packages, festive or campaign setups
