* Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience in the related field.
* Education: Relevant bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* Proven experience in mailroom operations and general maintenance.
* Good knowledge of managing minor repairs and maintenance needs.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
* Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on operational needs.

* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
* Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services.
* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
* Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies such as envelopes, labels, and packaging materials.
* Ensure timely delivery and pickup schedules are adhered to.
* Liaise with external vendors and courier services to resolve delivery issues.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.
* Assist with bulk mailings and special delivery requests.
* Support administrative tasks related to mailroom operations.
* Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
* Liaise with contractors for specialized repairs and ensure timely completion.
* Maintain safety standards and ensure a hazard-free environment.
* Manage inventory of tools and repair supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
