PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-impact visual content that strengthens brand identity, enhances customer experience, and supports business growth. As a customer-centric and commercially driven organization, all visual outputs must be attractive, creative, and thoughtfully designed to drive footfall and deliver measurable commercial impact. This role is integral to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring that all design materials adhere to our company’s aesthetic standards and align with strategic objectives.

 

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and visually compelling designs that support marketing, product, and communication objectives, contributing to overall business growth. This role requires a passionate, technically skilled, and versatile designer capable of translating strategic ideas into engaging visuals across both digital and physical touchpoints. Responsible for end-to-end execution—from photoshoots and content creation to final delivery—the designer will produce high-quality assets across a wide range of media, including advertising, POSM, presentation decks, signage, product packaging, exhibitions, publications, and corporate communications. The role is instrumental in shaping and maintaining a distinct, cohesive visual brand identity for the organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Deliver end-to-end design execution—from concept development, photoshoots, and video shoots to final production and delivery across print and digital platforms.

· Create high-impact visual assets across a wide range of media, including advertising, POSM, presentation decks, signage, product packaging, exhibitions, publications, and corporate communications.

· Conceptualise and produce creative, customer-centric designs that drive engagement, footfall, and commercial outcomes.

· Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including editing, motion graphics, and animation for marketing campaigns.

· Develop and design digital marketing collaterals such as social media creatives, banners, and emailers, including animated and video formats.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.

· Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

· Oversee print production processes, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand standards.

· Create and manage design templates to streamline marketing assets and improve efficiency.

· Analyse creative performance and adapt designs to meet measurable business and campaign goals.

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, timelines, and revisions with strong attention to detail.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously enhance creative output.

· Support additional design and creative needs as required.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

· Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro, Figma, and other relevant design and video editing tools.

· Demonstrated ability in photo and video creation, including editing, animation, and motion graphics.

· Proven experience in design production for both print and digital platforms, with strong technical execution skills.

· Strong branding experience, with a keen understanding of visual identity and consistency across channels.

· A sharp eye for aesthetics, creativity, and detail, with a commercial mindset to create designs that drive engagement and business impact.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance stakeholder needs and deliver within deadlines.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and feedback while maintaining high attention to detail.

· Excellent visual storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
