To liaise all M&E matters with consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and site personnel.

To carry out project planning, cost control, good documentation system, procurement activities and project management.

Manage the preventive maintenance system of all equipment.

Manage the inventory of spare parts and control related costs.

Liaise with maintenance contractors to ensure preventive maintenance is performed to expectation.

Lead in efforts to improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and productivity.

Develop team of supervisors, technicians to work effectively in maintenance.

Review and report maintenance performance in achieving targets.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
