As we continue to scale, we are looking for General Managers to join our Senior Leadership team. This role makes key decisions across the company.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, navigating ambiguity, making trade-offs, and driving results across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and priorities across teams, ensuring the organization moves toward what matters most
• Own outcomes across functions
• Identify strategic gaps before they become operational problems
• Step into teams or initiatives that are underperforming or lack direction, and reset them for success
• Make high-stakes trade-off decisions independently, without needing to escalate
• Build and coach leaders who can run their own teams without needing you
• Use data and market signals to shape strategy
• Hold leaders accountable to outcomes, not activity
• Represent the company in high-level client and stakeholder conversations
• Continuously challenge the organization's assumptions and standards to stay ahead of the market

Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles
• Proven experience leading and scaling multi-function teams
• Has directly owned business outcomes, not just strategy or advisory work
• Experience scaling teams, systems, or processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Strong communicator who can move seamlessly between executives, managers, and individual contributors
• A track record of building leaders
