• Contact customers by phone, email, and other appropriate channels regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up regularly on overdue accounts and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment commitments, and collection status.
• Meet assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries and payment disputes professionally.
• Escalate difficult or unresolved accounts to the appropriate team.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, accounts receivable, or related work.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately are strongly preferred.
