Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of the solar, wind, and energy storage markets, in alignment with the company’s business strategy and investment development objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external channel partners to develop and deliver competitive proposals and tailored solutions to clients in a timely manner.
• Conduct ongoing market research and gather intelligence on Malaysia’s renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and energy storage policies, regulations, market trends, tender opportunities, and competitor activities. Provide regular market updates and actionable recommendations to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Power Engineering, New Energy, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• Possess a sound understanding of energy storage systems and/or power systems.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a high capacity for learning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Have 3–5 years or more of experience in renewable energy project development, with the ability and willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
