About the Role
Graceland Care Centre is expanding its healthcare team in Taiping, Perak! We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and energetic nurses to supervise our caregiving staff and ensure standard-setting health oversight for our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Shift-Based Care: Oversee daily nursing routines, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring across assigned shift rotations.
- Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and supervise caregivers during shift hours to maintain high standards of resident care and safety.
- Clinical Oversight: Manage care plans, respond promptly to medical needs, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Family & Team Communication: Hand over shift reports smoothly and liaise warmly with family members and healthcare partners.
Requirements
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Patient, empathetic, and joyful personality with strong teamwork skills.
- Open to fresh graduates; experienced nurses with leadership capability are also encouraged to apply.
