JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily civil engineering and construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other project personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, technical documents and work specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials and site resources to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality procedures and relevant construction regulations.
• Identify site issues, technical discrepancies and construction challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records and other required technical documentation.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination sessions as required.
• Perform other duties related to civil engineering and project operations as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may be considered.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, technical drawings and site supervision.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based environment.
• Willingness to be based at project sites and travel when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
