Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project quantities and costs.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for construction materials and work items.
• Assist in preparing quotations, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and interim payment applications.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on cost-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of project costs, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to quantity surveying as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Purpose of the PROTÉGÉ placement: To provide practical training and exposure to quantity surveying, construction cost management, contract administration, and project documentation under the guidance of experienced personnel.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
