Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Corporate Communications/Mass Communications/English Communications/Business Management/Event Management or equivalent.
Have good communication skills and good looking
Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
To set appointment booking (inbound/outbound, AWPS, Honda Touch, Walk-in inquiry and hunting data)
To crosscheck tomorrow appointment
To assist Customer Relations Executive during rotation schedule
To assist the customer to the Service Advisor counter
To maintain the cleanliness of reception and waiting area
