Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. •

Certification such as Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM), CESSWI, or equivalent will be an added advantage. •

Basic knowledge of environmental regulations, Environmental Management Plans (EMP), environmental monitoring, and construction environmental practices.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, environmental monitoring, or construction site environmental management. •

Experience in environmental inspections, site monitoring, documentation, and regulatory compliance is preferred. •

Familiarity with environmental monitoring equipment, environmental reporting, and site environmental control measures. •

Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.

Conduct routine environmental inspections to ensure construction activities comply with environmental regulations, project requirements, and company procedures. •

Monitor environmental control measures, including dust, noise, waste management, water quality, erosion, sediment control, and housekeeping practices at project sites. •

Assist in implementing the Project Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements. •

Prepare and maintain environmental inspection reports, monitoring records, checklists, and compliance documentation. •

Support environmental monitoring programmes, sampling activities, and data collection for regulatory reporting. •

Report environmental non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Support environmental awareness programmes, toolbox briefings, and promote good environmental practices among project personnel and subcontractors. •

Coordinate with the Environmental Executive and site teams to ensure timely implementation of environmental control measures and regulatory requirements.
