Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, Journalism or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media management is preferred.

• Experience creating content for the logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain industry will be an advantage.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Creative, proactive and willing to work on-site to capture operational content.

• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content related to logistics, transportation, freight, warehousing and supply chain services.

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across relevant digital platforms.

• Create short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions and promotional materials for social media.

• Produce content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Conduct photography and videography of logistics operations, warehouses, vehicles, delivery activities and company events.

• Develop scripts and storyboards for promotional and educational videos.

• Create content explaining logistics services, delivery processes, shipping solutions and industry-related topics.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop content supporting lead generation and customer acquisition.
