Diploma or Advanced or Higher in Mechanical or equivalent.

Possess not less than 5 years working experience in an environment involving operation of mechanical equipment.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial settings.

Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.

Oversee and manage all day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of all plant machinery and equipment.

Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective repair solutions.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a safety-first culture.

Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement, stock control, and budget management for maintenance supplies.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Maintain detailed maintenance records, including work orders, repair histories, and equipment performance data.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services as needed.

Participate in the selection and installation of new equipment, ensuring proper integration into existing systems.
