Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Mathematics enrichment lessons to students aged 3 to 16 years old in accordance with the established curriculum and teaching methodology.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and student progress reports to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Mark and evaluate students’ workbooks, homework, assignments, and assessments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor students’ academic development and provide appropriate guidance to improve their Mathematics skills and confidence.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students.
• Support daily centre administration, classroom preparation, and operational activities as required.
• Participate in teacher training, meetings, and centre activities to continuously improve teaching quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education (Mathematics), Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience; experience in kindergarten, playgroup, tuition centre, or enrichment centre teaching will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Patient, responsible, and able to engage students of different age groups and learning abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) according to centre requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in teaching are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
