- To follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers and purchasers in relation to the process of SPA, loan documentation while coordinating of internal work process on stamping of SPA, generating progress billing, collection forecast, etc., dealing with sales admin team, legal team, project team, marketing team, account & treasury, draft and replies for incoming correspondence letters from Purchaser and Solicitor, etc.
