Faculty of Industrial Management (FIM) distinguishes itself among national business faculties or schools by the virtue of UMP’s engineering, technology and industrial science. We are growing to nurture future innovative leaders by applying business and technological knowledge. We commit ourselves to provide enriching teaching and learning experience through creative integration of business and technology.

Towards this end, the Faculty seeks to be student-centered and problem-based, so that the students may explore their interests and capabilities and develop their full intellectual and human potential to contribute to the needs of the real changing society. FIM is also research-oriented, closely tying with business and industry. It is home to eight scientific research clusters covering supply chain, operation, project management, finance and accounting, business management, strategy leadership & governance, computing and modeling, and entrepreneurship.
