Overall Control was initially set up in 2008 to increase the online exposure of new startups and medium sized businesses, offering honest and impartial advice. There seemed to be a large gap between the knowledge of larger and medium sized firms about online marketing in Malaysia which allowed them to initially take advantage of the online market.
