Job Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail operations
store auditing
or store management within the retail/F&B sector.
Eye for Detail: Exceptional observational skills with a keen eye for cleanliness
and service quality.
Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
capable of providing constructive feedback and driving compliance professionally.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record in following up on issues and driving accountability to close operational gaps.
Mobility & Flexibility: Able and willing to travel frequently between outlets (a valid driver’s license and own transport preferred
if applicable).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace for drafting clear
structured operational reports.
