About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resources & General Affair Executive to join our team at our Ipoh Perak location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources and general affairs functions. You will be instrumental in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly whilst fostering a positive and compliant working environment for all staff members. Key responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave entitlements and other welfare programmes
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture
Handle general administrative tasks including office management, procurement and facility coordination
Support the planning and execution of staff events, training sessions and team-building activities
Process employee payroll documentation and liaise with payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate salary administration
Manage employee relations matters, addressing concerns and maintaining open communication channels
Ensure workplace compliance with employment laws and regulations applicable to farm management operations
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs as required

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in a human resources or general affairs role, ideally within a farming or agriculture-related industry
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation
Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and workplace regulations
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in payroll administration or benefits management would be advantageous
Familiarity with farm management operations or the agricultural sector is preferred but not essential
Familiar with foreign workers process , fomema, epass, etc etc
