Job Scope:
· Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective maintenance for Building Control System (BCS) equipment.· Monitor and ensure proper functioning of BMS/BCS including HVAC, chillers, AHU, FCU and related control systems.· Troubleshoot faults related to control panels, sensors, controllers and field devices.· Attend to complaints related to temperature control, ventilation and system malfunction within stipulated response time.· Record and update daily service reports and system logs for submission to supervisor.· Coordinate with vendors/contractors for any system upgrading or major repair works.· Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and company Quality Management System (QMS).· Participate in meetings such as FM Meeting, technical meeting, toolbox meeting or any site meeting that requires technical input.· Support other maintenance teams (Electrical/Mechanical) when required to ensure smooth building operation. ...
