Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively balance recruitment tasks, employer branding initiatives, and workplace experience support.
Proactive, self-motivated, and people-oriented, with the adaptability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, AI tools, and job portals).
