Requirements• Proven 4-5 years experience managing payroll system implementation projects or similar.• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll data migration risks• Hands-on experience coordinating external vendors and managing delivery challenges• Demonstrated application of structured Waterfall methodology• Experience managing payroll UAT, parallel runs, and go-live stabilization• Comfortable operaating in hybrid environment (minimum 3 days onsite per week)Must be based in Malaysia
