- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 2 - 5 years in the construction field, preferably with experience in road maintenance

- Responsible for managing road maintenance and repair works to meet JKR requirements

- Responsible for planning and managing the workforce to ensure road maintenance works are done on a timely manner based on routine, periodic and emergency requirement

- Responsible to manage the both administration and technical operation at district offices so that all operations run smoothly

-Responsible to plan and manage available machineries to prevent distruptions of the road maintenance works

- Responsible to liaise and manage public complaints as well as to liaise with other authorities in regard to state road defects

- Responsible to work with HR Department in staffing and recruitment matters for the district office

- Responsible to lead the whole team of district offices to meet the yearly objectives in relation to road maintenance works

We are looking for Chinese Speaking instructors immediately.

1. Fluent in English and Chinese, any other language will be an added advantage.

2. Must be a PADI Dive Instructor.

3. Should have a minimum of 1 year working experience as a dive professional.

4. Well groomed and interested in learning and participating in other activities.

5. Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and friendly.

6. Sales and Guest Orientated.

7. Specialties Instructor certified will be an advantage
