Safety & Security Manager – Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or resort, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of security operations, fire safety, emergency response, risk assessment, loss prevention, and security systems.
• Sound knowledge of Sabah-specific laws and regulations, including relevant occupational safety and health requirements, the Sabah Labour Ordinance, local authority requirements, and applicable fire safety regulations.
• Experience in developing security SOPs, conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and emergency drills.
• Ability to liaise with Police, BOMBA, DOSH, and other relevant authorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Hotel pre-opening experience and relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM66,000.00 per year
