Provide engineering support and solution to Production line to ensure smooth operation that meet the Quality, Cost, Delivery (Q, C, D) for manufacturing Process.
• Educational qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
• Technical knowledge: You should have a thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of machine design and engineering software, such as CAD and CAM, is also important.
• Experience: Relevant experience in the screw manufacturing industry, or in a related manufacturing field, is preferred. This may include experience in designing, testing, and analysing screws, and experience in quality control and production management, you should be able to use testing equipment to evaluate the performance of screws and ensure that they meet the required specifications.
• Communication skills: As a mechanical engineer in a screw manufacturing company, you will need to work closely with other engineers, production workers, and management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Analytical skills: You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as you are required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to screw design, production, and quality control.
• Attention to detail: As screws are small but very important parts, you will need to be meticulous and detail-oriented in your work to ensure that designs and specifications are accurately implemented.

• Define the scope of the PPAP process: PPAP manual or using industry-specific terms that are familiar to the intended audience. Identify the specific PPAP requirements that need to be met for the product or process in question. This may include things like documentation requirements, quality control processes & standards, suppliers approval processes, testing and validation procedures, sample submission, and other technical specifications.
