The role is 50% sales and 50% technical support with account management.
1. PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.2. Regular competitive analysis feedback in own territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.3. Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.4. Collect information on total sales and profitability per retail customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.5. Ensure retail customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.6. Update, tidy up and utilize details of fleet customers in CM system.7. Analyze and submit responses all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.8. Develops and implements strategic sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.9. To reconnect and establish strong, trusting, long-term relationships with existing fleet customers, and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.10. Responsible or ensure payment collection from any financial institute or customers is completed11. Penetrate new accounts under own sales territory to increase market share and presence.12. To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions and counter measures.13.Achieve sales target monthly, quarterly and yearly.14.Achieve target for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Scores
To ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
To assist reviewing branch sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed the targets.
To ensure branch is operating efficiently and effectively, required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology and customer service.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and product mix.
Responsible of maintenance, housekeeping, the cleanliness and tidiness of the branch and maintaining an organized workspace to enhance productivity.

Manage and work closely with both our existing and new merchant partners, negotiating with merchants on any deals to create a collaboration deal that will increase brand awareness and high customer retention rate for our clients' customer programme/privilege.
Develop and maintain a good business relationship with our Merchant Partners, managing their inquiries, end-to-end follow through merchants’ participation in ensuring a timely delivery of reward/privileges programs.
Managers are required to head and manage the Merchant Partnership Department in ensuring team members achieve KPI and Project Target.
